30 years megademo - Call for Demomakers
posted by Krusty on 31 August 2011
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of our beloved CPC, Benediction and Vanity are proud to invite you to participate in the 30 years CPC megademo project! The aim is to build a new classic CPC megademo, with screens from any demogroup, and release it in 2014.

The megademo comity will be in charge of managing the project, coding the menu, linking and releasing the megademo with the utmost respect to the deadlines set. We will provide technical specifications or limitations as soon as possible (i.e., reserved memory, ...) and support to ease the integration of the various demo-parts.

Do you personally despise the presence of the CPC at a PC demoparty? No, of course! Then you will be pleased to know that CPC was represented this week-end at Evoke with Bloc Us!, the new Benediction demo by Krusty, Voxfreax and Ultrasyd! We are speaking of it here.
Les Experts - Coutances
posted by Toms on 04 July 2011
One week after the ReSeT party, Krusty released the winning demo called Les Experts - Coutances, featuring Beb and Barjack for the graphics, and the winning music (Take Off) composed by McKlain. As a bonus, some of the ReSeT's participants wrote some words to give their feelings. Benediction decided to kill the scene by flooding it with productions. Great!
ReSeT #0 report

The first edition of the ReSeT party last week-end was a real success! Old Amstrad sceners and newcomers met during 3 days in Coutances, about to become the Amstrad capital in France. Some nice entries have been submitted to the competitions, especially a very interesting 4K intro by Benediction and stuff by new musicians and graphicians who are waiting for being hired. As usual, all the results and photos are available here. But Krusty speaks better than me about this event in his party report! Stay tuned because the 2 demos entries will be released very soon.
Revision 2011 report
posted by Toms on 17 May 2011
Last easter, the place to be was Revision 2011 in Saarbrücken (Germany), the actual biggest demoparty where around 800 people met and shared their last productions. Of course, the Amstrad sceners couldn't miss this so cool event and 10 of them were present. Beb wrote a report of this crazy week-end, with only one foot! Note that there is a french part and an english part.
